On Sacred Geometry ~ The Helix

The Helix is the universal symbol of life.

In the single strand of DNA lies the blueprint of your perfect body.

Focus your intent on being this reflection of your own perfection.

Everything is energy, and all energy has a frequency, or vibration.

The Helix is the perfect symbol of the vibratory essence of the Soul.

And, the energy of your soul vibrates in the shape form of a helix.

True love is finding a soul with a corresponding vibration.

Two souls become one, in this Universe of Perfection.

On Change

"You can't step in the same river twice."

You, and I, are in a continual state of change. Let's just pray that we become better and better, smarter and smarter and more enlightened, and awake. Like a river, we need to flow with this change, and become one with the universal ocean of consciousness.

A Message to all the New Age People

New? What's so new about living in tune with nature?

It's only recently that society's direction has been to consume more and more, pollute more, turn on the TV and turn off the real world,
and all creative, conscious thought.

All this so-called "New Age" stuff is merely a re-discovery of what we have always known...and continually forget...and need to be reminded of... We all knew it to be true, we just needed to hear it all again. We had forgotten the simple foundations of our spiritual reality. If we aren't reminded of the deeper meaning to life, we forget... and, our dream is hijacked by the latest fashion or illusion.

Depak Chopra is a great example of how we devolve. In his early books, such as Quantum Healing, the message was simple, and rang true. A dozen books later, Depak's message became diluted in too many words and digression... Golf... Milking $100 one hour seminars... The message is forgotten, in his pressure to perform, in his academic "publish, or perish" world. Like the rest of us, through greed, ego and an inflated sense of importance, he has lost his way. I truly miss the old Depak.

We all need to literally "phone home" and find our center.

Center ourselves and become a reflection of God's love.

There is nothing in New Age thought that is new,

it is just a forgotten memory in our collective mind.

A Cheap, and Natural, Internal Cleanse

Let's not make this more complicated than necessary.

First: Go without breakfast and lunch.

Second: Eat a whole head of celery for dinner.

That's it.

The fibers of celery don't break down during digestion and will move through your system like a loofa sponge, scraping remnants of rotten food, from folds and pukas of your intestines.

Unlubricated, the celery, might take two days to move through your system, which isn't a bad thing. If you want to speed up the process take some olive oil, or Italian dressing with your celery dinner.

About celery: Have you ever stuck a piece of celery in colored water and have seen how fast capillary action will move the water up the stalk. Well the same goes with pesticides and herbicides. Celery uptakes more chemicals that any other vegetable. Either use organic celery, or soak the celery overnight to dilute any chemical residue left from the fields.

The Magical Two-Headed Dog

I love hot springs and am looking forward to trips to Verde. I also need to learn more about cool camping spots for me and my two playful border collies, who love chasing rabbits.
My border collies, Sweety and Spot, love people and playing with one another. They have the perfect relationship. Arguments always turn into playtime and are virtually inseparable. You'll see us walking around in downtown Sedona and take a double take... At first you'll think you've spotted a black and white two-headed dog.
Spot, the male, my Mexican street dog, will smile and demand attention... He'll try to push Sweety away , who will look up at you demurely, with her soft beautiful eyes, begging for your love.

You will forgive me for all my imperfections when you meet Spot and Sweety.

Healing Lower Back Injuries

In 1980 I injured my lower back from improper lifting. CT scans showed a minor herniation of a lower lumbar disk. Not one doctor touched me, or prodded a finger into my lower back. After two years of pain, I figured out that it was actually a ligament, that was being re-injured over and over again. Injured ligaments are fibrous and ropey, easy to feel and diagnose.
90% of lower back injuries are ligaments, and not disk related. Unfortunately, there is more money in unnecessary surgeries...

The key to healing any injury, or illness, is having proper diagnosis. Statistically, the best doctors are wrong half the time. This meaning that we need to take responsibility for our health and wellness.

One thing I have learned from this injury, is that we tend to injure ourselves when we aren't paying attention. When we are angry, or in a hurry, we tend to walk into poles, lift improperly, slice our hands, etc. This is when our subconscious, our unihipahili, can punish our waking reality, our uhane.

To heal my injury, all I had to do was to quit re-injuring myself from repetitious motions such as lifting and bouncing around on my off-road motorcycle. That's easier said than done. It takes a good six weeks to heal ligaments and tendons. Once the tissue is re-injured, that six weeks starts all over... You need a complete six weeks of no injury for the tissue to heal.

With this knowledge, I finally allowed my self to heal. Using the Affirmation Therapy, that came to me in a dream, I altered my perception of self and began to love my self.

One valuable element, that few us are aware of, is that when we are injured, our self esteem diminishes. When we have low self-esteem we are more prone to injury. When we begin truly loving our selves, our self-esteem rises from the ashes of our inner turmoil.

A Simple Self Healing Affirmation Exercise

We are a reflection of Thought.

First, you need a digital watch with an alarm/chime function. Set the watch to charm hourly. When it chimes say aloud, to your self:

"(Your name here), I love you."

In two weeks, you say that you love your self 250 times.

This becomes a dominant memory in your subconscious mind, your unahipahili, and you quit harming your self. You eat better and breath deeper. Self esteem becomes healed. The Inner Healer Awakes.

This is an evolution of ancient Huna beliefs and
an original technique that came to me in a dream, while healing my own repetitious motion back injury.

Trance Healing

This trance induction is based upon Robert Masters and Jean Houston's theory of subcortical linguistics. The induction will take you on a trip to your deeper most realms of consciousness. You speak to your Amakua, your higher self, and learn what you need to heal. This experience is not for the faint of heart and may have a life altering impact.

If you you choose to step off the edge, into the realm of the unknown, you will never be the same again, you will evolve.

An offering is necessary.
If there is no benefit, it will be returned.

Am I really a Kahuna?

The Kahuna, the Keeper of the Secret,

originally came from Ancient Egypt.
They migrated across India, leaving the Vedas,
and traveled into Polynesia.
There were 30 some types of Kahuna.
Ocean resource management, geology, healing, etc.
They did not choose to become Kahuna,
they were chosen through astrological means.
After twenty years of training,
the initiation involved crumbling a rock to dust with the mind.
In the classical sense, there are no real Kahuna's in the world today.
We are all frauds.

Then, why am I here?

It's as if we are all blind, trying to describe the indescribable.
We are all searching for meaning, in a world without meaning.
We breath, we eat, we shit, and then, we die, without meaning.
Without a meaning to our lives, there is no reason to be.

My meaning:

When I assist in another's healing, I, myself, am healed.

We are a Reflection of Thought

Breath deeply

Drink lots of water

Think loving thoughts

and love your self
